Gram’s Meaty Spareribs
Ingredients
Country-style pork ribs
1 large onion, sliced in rings
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 cup water
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tbs brown sugar
Directions
Place the pork ribs in the bottom of a 9x13 pan or a large cast iron skillet.
Cover with a layer of sliced onion.
Mix together the remaining ingredients to make a sauce.
Pour BBQ sauce over the top.
Cover with tin foil.
Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Uncover for the last 1/2 hour.
