Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcesteshire sauce
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
8 slices sandwich bread
1 packaged roll of sausage
Directions
Brown and drain sausage.
Cut the crust off of bread and place at the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon over the cooked sausage.
Decoratively top left-over bread by cutting in triangles and sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
