Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp prepared mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcesteshire sauce

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper

  • 8 slices sandwich bread

  • 1 packaged roll of sausage

Directions

  1. Brown and drain sausage.

  2. Cut the crust off of bread and place at the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.

  3. Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon over the cooked sausage.

  4. Decoratively top left-over bread by cutting in triangles and sprinkle with paprika.

  5. Refrigerate overnight.

  6. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
