Ham and Cheese Sliders
These pull-apart sliders are always a hit — whether it’s game day, movie night, or one of those evenings when dinner just needs to show up.
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Rosemary Herb Seasoning Mix
- 12 classic dinner rolls
- 4–5 oz (125–150 g) thinly sliced cooked ham
- 6 slices gouda cheese
- 24 dill pickle slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Microwave the butter in a small microwave-safe bowl for 30–45 seconds, or until melted. Whisk in the brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Rosemary Herb Seasoning Mix.
- Brush half of the butter mixture onto the bottom of a deep covered baker.
- Use a bread knife to slice the dinner rolls in half. Place the bottom halves into the baker (you can trim or tuck as needed).
- Layer the ham over the rolls, followed by the cheese and pickle slices. Add the top buns.
- Brush the remaining butter mixture over the tops of the buns. Cover with the lid.
- Bake for 12 minutes, then remove the lid and bake an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Anna’s Tip 💛
We love gouda with ham in this recipe, but feel free to switch it up. Muenster or Monterey Jack work beautifully — and this is just as good with turkey if that’s what you have on hand.
