
Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli & Cauliflower Alfredo Bake
This easy Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli & Cauliflower Alfredo Bake is creamy, cheesy comfort food without a lot of work! Using cooked chicken, frozen veggies, and jarred Alfredo sauce makes it perfect for a busy weeknight. And those crispy French fried onions on top? They’re the part everyone will fight over!

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 1 bag frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 jar Rao’s Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup French fried onions, divided
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook or microwave the frozen broccoli and riced cauliflower just enough to thaw. Drain very well so the casserole doesn’t get watery.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, Alfredo sauce, ¾ cup cheddar cheese, and ½ cup French fried onions.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Spread into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup French fried onions over the top and bake another 5–10 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the onions are golden and crispy.
- Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
Anna’s Tip 💛
Adding the French fried onions toward the end keeps that topping nice and crunchy instead of getting too dark.
